All quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed after we receive your deposit or signed proforma invoice (PI). Specifications, quantities and prices are as stated in the PI.
Standard products: small trial orders accepted. OEM branding (logo, packaging, firmware): from 500-1000 units per model. CKD/SKD LED TV orders: negotiated per project.
T/T (bank transfer): 30% deposit, balance before shipment. Other terms (L/C at sight for large orders) negotiable. Prices are EXW Zhongshan or FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou unless agreed otherwise.
Samples ship within days. Bulk orders: 20-35 days after deposit and confirmation of all details. We arrange sea/air/express freight or work with your forwarder.
Standard warranty: 12-24 months depending on product line (details in your PI). Defective units are replaced or credited in the next order after verification.
CE, FCC, RoHS configurations available; ANATEL (Brazil) and SABER (Saudi Arabia) documentation support for OEM orders. Import duties and local certification costs are borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
